WHISKERS: NIGHT RUN

The short version

Whiskers: Night Run doesn't have accounts, doesn't collect personal data, and doesn't send anything about you to us or anyone else. Everything the game remembers — your best level, your chosen companion, your sound settings — stays on your own device.

What the game stores, and where

• On your device only: your highest level reached, your chosen companion, and your sound/volume preferences are saved locally using Apple's standard on-device storage (UserDefaults). None of this is uploaded anywhere, and we have no way to see it, back it up, or access it remotely.
• No accounts: there is nothing to sign up for or log into in order to play. There is no username, password, email, or profile of any kind tied to your gameplay.
• No analytics or tracking: the game does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We don't know how often you play, for how long, or on what device, beyond what Apple itself reports in aggregate through the App Store (which we can't tie back to any individual player).

Optional Apple Music integration

If you choose to enable Apple Music playback in Settings, the game uses Apple's own MusicKit framework to play music from your existing Apple Music library and subscription while you run. This requires your permission (an Apple system prompt) and your own active Apple Music subscription.

This access happens entirely through Apple's framework and Apple's own servers — we never see, receive, store, or process your Apple Music library, listening history, or subscription details ourselves. That data is governed by Apple's own Privacy Policy, not ours. This feature is entirely optional; the game is fully playable without ever enabling it.

Children's privacy

Whiskers: Night Run is suitable for all ages and collects no personal data from anyone, including children. Because there are no accounts, no data collection, and no third-party advertising or analytics, there is nothing collected from a child (or anyone else) to be concerned about.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future update adds a new feature that involves data in a new way — we'll update this page and change the "last updated" date above. If you have the app installed, we'd recommend re-checking this page after major updates.
